When can I apply?
It is possible in certain circumstances to apply to the magistrates to remove a disqualification early.
This application can only be made for disqualifications of 2 years or more.
- A disqualification of less than 4 years – an application can be made 2 years from the date on which the disqualification was made.
- A disqualification of less than 10 years but not less than four can be made when half of that period has expired
- A disqualification of 10 years or more – an application can be made 5 years from when the disqualification was made
What is the process?
